Before ordering

What is MOQ?

MOQ means Minimum Order Quantity. PuckPuck offers a MOQ of 1 piece for sample orders, while bulk-order quantities may vary depending on the product and customization requirements.

Can I order one sample?

Yes. You can order one sample to test your design, fabric, fit, and customization before placing a bulk order.

Do I need a tech pack?


For a full OEM project, a Tech Pack or complete product specification is recommended so the manufacturer can produce the jersey according to your requirements. If you need product development support, PuckPuck also offers OEM/ODM and custom manufacturing support.

Can you help design my jersey?

Yes. PuckPuck offers custom manufacturing and design support, with customization options including sublimation, embroidery, tackle twill, heat transfer, and screen printing.

Can I use my own logo?

Yes. You can provide your own logo, artwork, team name, player names, and numbers for custom manufacturing. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to use any submitted logos or artwork.

During sampling

How long does sampling take?

Sampling typically takes 7–10 business days, including sublimation, embroidery, or tackle-twill mock-ups.

Can I modify the sample?

Yes. PuckPuck’s custom-production process allows clients to review and approve design mock-ups and artwork proofs before production. Any required design changes should be made before final approval.

Do you provide digital mockups?

Yes. PuckPuck provides design mock-ups and artwork proofs for client review and approval before production. The website also notes that mock-ups and renders are illustrative representations of the final products.

Production

How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production typically takes 4–5 weeks (20–25 business days) after sample approval and deposit confirmation. Repeat orders can take 3–4 weeks.

How is quality controlled?


PuckPuck operates its own QC and checks products against the approved specifications. Its manufacturing warranty covers material and workmanship defects, including stitching, printing, and construction.

What fabrics are available?


PuckPuck offers performance-oriented hockey fabrics, including 100% polyester quick-dry fabric for sublimated jerseys. Fabric selection can vary by product and customization requirements.

Branding

Can you add woven labels?

Yes, custom branding and labeling can be supported for private-label projects. Specific label options should be confirmed with PuckPuck based on the product and order requirements.



Can you add neck labels?

Yes, custom neck labeling can be requested as part of private-label manufacturing. Final specifications should be confirmed during product development.


Can you add private labels?

Yes. PuckPuck explicitly provides private-label support for B2B hockey apparel brands.



Can you package jerseys under my brand?

Yes, private-label manufacturing can be used to produce hockey apparel under your brand. Packaging and branding specifications can be discussed as part of the OEM/ODM project.




Shipping

PuckPuck ships worldwide using DHL, FedEx and UPS for express shipments, as well as air freight and sea freight for larger orders. The method depends on order volume, destination and customer preference.

How long does international shipping take?

Typical transit times are:


  • Express courier: 3–7 business days

  • Air freight: 5–10 business days

  • Sea freight: 20–45 business days, depending on destination port

These are shipping transit times only and do not include production time.

Can you ship to Canada?

Yes. PuckPuck serves Canadian hockey clubs and brands and ships internationally to Canada.

Can you ship to the USA?

Yes. The USA is one of PuckPuck's key markets, and the company ships custom hockey apparel to U.S. hockey clubs and brands.
